LignX was founded by Dr. Deepa Nagarajan, a seasoned growth strategist with over 32 years of experience leading successful projects across 16 industries globally. As the founder of Deepa Nagarajan LLP, recognized as a leading OKR coaching and consulting firm, Dr. Nagarajan has been instrumental in implementing growth strategies for some of the world’s most dynamic organizations. Her expertise spans strategic transformation, performance enhancement, and fostering alignment across teams. Dr. Nagarajan is also the author of The Growth Scripture, a groundbreaking book on OKRs and growth strategies. Her deep understanding of frameworks like OKR and OGSM laid the foundation for LignX, designed to bridge the gap between strategic growth management and organizational performance.LignX was born out of a need for a tool that truly aligns organizations’ growth strategies with actionable outcomes.
